Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of audio and video equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment should be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production not earlier than 2020), have the appropriate documents, certificates and reports allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes delivery of the equipment together with unloading and carrying, installation in the premises indicated by the Purchaser and training of the Purchaser's employees in the use of the equipment (min. 2 persons).
1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of audio and video equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment should be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production not earlier than 2020), have the appropriate documents, certificates and reports allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes delivery of the equipment, unloading and carrying, installation in the premises indicated by the Ordering Party and training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of the equipment (min. 2 persons). 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is enclosed as Attachment 2 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The Contracting Authority shall submit the order(s) to the Contractor by 10.8.2021.The Contractor may shorten the completion deadline in relation to the required deadline indicated above. A tender which provides for a shorter completion period shall be awarded points in the evaluation of tenders using the criterion for selecting the most advantageous tender.5a) Pos. 1.1.2 pkt 28 - switch: lifetime manufacturer's warranty; b) Pos. 1.1.5 pkt 6 - switch: lifetime manufacturer's warranty; c) The remaining equipment listed in Appendix 2 to SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract and in item 2 of the Offer Form: 24 months. The offer providing for prolonging the warranty period in each item of the "Other equipment listed in Appendix 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and in item 2 of the Offer Form" will receive points when evaluating offers according to the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer.6) Detailed terms of performing the contract and terms of payment are included in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
