Description
Service for conducting, managing and monitoring CATI (Computer assisted telephone interwieving) interviews for the implementation of statistical surveys on consumer and business confidence and investment of manufacturing enterprises for n. 63 months (survey 2021-2025 + max. 3 months preparatory to the survey), including related and instrumental services, as better detailed in the tender documentation - CIG n. 8253303916
The contract is for the award of the following services: a) the carrying out of approximately 622 000 CATI interviews; b) services related and instrumental to the performance of the service, all as better described in the tender documentation. The safety charges related to interference risks are equal to EUR 0.The amount based on the tender includes labour costs, estimated at EUR 1 500 000,00.Unit amount based on the tender discount: EUR 5,60, excluding VAT per CATI interview.The unit price includes the services related and instrumental to the performance of the interviews described in the technical specifications.
