Description

Part 1. purchase, delivery and installation of water and sewage network management systems (GIS, SCADA, telemetric system). Number of measurement points on the water supply system in Bieliny agglomeration: DN 160 - 8 points; DN110 - 5 points.Part 2 Purchase and delivery of a brand new mobile power generator with a running chassis in an enclosed version for outdoor operation, to supply power to induction systems operating on inverters.Diesel generator 50kW/63kVA
The scope of this part includes:Task 1 - purchase, delivery and implementation of an information system to keep records and manage the water and sewage network and implementation of a GIS system, as well as purchase of a serverTask 2 - purchase, delivery and installation of telemetric devices, i.e.: telemetric posts with necessary accessories and their configuration as well as purchase and implementation of SCADA system. Number of measurement points on the water supply system in Bieliny agglomeration: DN 160 - 8 points; DN110 - 5 points.- Detailed scope of the contract and requirements concerning IT devices and systems are presented in appendix no. 9 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall allow for changes in the size of the contract, the scope of which shall not exceed the powers of the Contracting Authority under the Public Procurement Law.- The amount of the bid should include training sessions for all employees indicated by the Contracting Authority or the User of the water and sewage network. Training must be done in the operation and configuration of the implemented IT systems. The training must take place prior to signing the final acceptance protocol on the installed equipment and at the Contracting Authority's premises. Prior to the training, the Contractor will register in the computer system all the telemetric devices of the water-pipeline network in the Bieliny agglomeration and describe them in accordance with the Employer's guidelines.
