Description
Competition procedure outside the scope of the BVergG (this notification form is used for technical reasons only) Two procedural stages are being carried out (participation and bid/negotiation phase) with the aim of concluding a framework agreement on the active network operation of the optical fibre infrastructure in Upper Austria.
Conclusion of a framework agreement regarding the construction (connection) and operation of the active network as well as maintenance and servicing of the passive fibre optic infrastructure already constructed by Fiber Service Oberösterreich GmbH in the contract region of Upper Austria. The procedure is not subject to public procurement law.
