Description

The subject of the contract is: 1) provision of author's supervision over the Integrated Information System InfoMedica/AMMS by Asseco Poland SA, which is operated in organizational units of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, under the conditions specified in the draft contract annexed as Attachment No. 4.1 to the tender offer (Lot 1); 2) provision of maintenance services for the Integrated Information System InfoMedica/AMMS by Asseco Poland SA 2) provision of maintenance services over the Integrated Information System InfoMedica/AMMS of Asseco Poland SA and the network infrastructure used in the organizational units of the Regional Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, under the terms and conditions set forth in the draft contract annex no. 4.2 to the tender (Part 2).2) The list of elements to be covered by the services of authorship supervision (Part 1) and maintenance (Part 2), referred to in item 1, is presented in Annex no. 2 to the tender - Price Form.3) Each module listed in Parts 1 and 2 has the number of licenses - open (no limit of users/unlimited number of workstations)
