Description
The subject matter of the contract is the renewal of support for the NetScout application monitoring system, including:1.1 provision of technical support for hardware and software,1.2 provision of maintenance services for hardware and software,1.3 provision of training workshops,Within the scope and under the rules specified in the model agreement constituting Annex 7 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "ToR").2 Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the terms and conditions of contract performance are specified in the model agreement constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
