Description
The Framework Agreement with no minimum or maximum is awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. This is a mixed framework agreement which will give rise to the issue of purchase orders under this framework agreement and subsequent contracts.Each lot will be awarded separately.The project management missions may concern different types of work: - in sanitation, - in drinking water and raw water, - in rainwater.The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are given in the specifications.The provisional starting date of the services is December 2021
