Description

the SIVOM of the Mulhousian region has as mission to ensure the collection, the treatment of wastewater and the recovery of sludge of the communes of Wittelsheim, Staffelfelden and part of Richwiller (former sector of the Syndicat mixte pour l'assainissement du WISTARI of which it took over the competence on January 01, 2021).the objective of the present consultation is to define the orientations of the diagnosis of the sanitation systems on the former sector of WISTARI
this diagnosis will be articulated around the following axes:- to reduce the contributions of parasitic clear water leading to a strong dilution,- to protect the natural environment from chronic pollution due to the discharge of wastewater through storm overflows in compliance with the decree of 21/07/2015 and the achievement of the good status of watercourses defined by the Water Framework Directive,- to analyze the functional state of the station,- to improve the collection of pollution,- to protect individuals against all risks of flooding during rainy events of vicennial frequency.The study is carried out in several phases:1. Inventory and diagnosis of the existing situation (Inventory of the main anomalies) - proposal of a program of measures;2. Measurements and other field investigations;3. Modeling of the sewerage networks and the impact of urban discharges during rainy weather;4. Work program
