Description

The city of Bamberg is planning the rehabilitation and renewal of the sewer, pipeline and road construction "Project Michaelsberg". A draft design is available as a basis for further planning and execution. A detailed description of measures can be found in the contract documents.
In its ruling of 4 July 2019, the European Court of Justice finally decided in the infringement proceedings concerning the HOAI that the minimum and maximum rates specified in the HOAI are contrary to European law. Where reference is made to the HOAI in the present VgV, it is stated that the fee tables are intended to serve as a price orientation. It is also legally permissible to make offers that lie outside the previous minimum and maximum rate regulations. The following planning services of civil engineering (pipeline and road construction) are required: - road construction, object planning of traffic facilities, - water supply, object planning of engineering structures, - sewer construction, object planning of engineering structures, - cable construction, object planning of engineering structures, - gas supply, object planning of engineering structures Part of the VgV procedure is the object planning of pipeline and road construction: - object planning of engineering structures according to HOAI 2013 part 3. section 3, LPH 5 - 9, subdivided into: - Water supply according to § 41 or annex 12.2 group 1, - Sewer construction according to § 41 or annex 12.2 group 2, - Cable construction according to § 41 or annex 12.2 group 4, - Gas supply according to § 41 or annex 12.2 group 4, - Object planning of traffic facilities according to HOAI 2013 part 3. section 4, LPH 5 - 9, subdivided in: - Road construction in accordance with § 45. special services are intended to be commissioned (detailed information on the scope of services can be found in the contract documents): - local construction supervision - SiGeKo.., - incorporation and review of the existing design planning, - monitoring of the rectification of defects within LPH 9, - construction survey of traffic facilities, - construction survey of engineering structures sewer, - cost control according to ZVB-Ing. number 8.7 (2015 version), - cross-object integrated construction sequence planning with detailed planning of construction phases according to special requirements, - supervision of the construction work, - supervision of the construction work, - supervision of the construction work, - supervision of the construction work. cost allocation of road construction costs according to DIN 276 over all LPH, - cost allocation for the activation of drainage channels (division of pipes/shafts), - delivery of as-built documents in digital form (dwg/dxf) and as paper plot for channel construction. The order is intended to be placed in accordance with the provision of funds. It is expressly pointed out that there is no legal claim to the order. Schedule: - Start of implementation planning immediately after conclusion of the VgV from May 2021, - Pipeline construction work March 2022 to Nov. 2023, - Road construction work March 2024 to Dec. 2024. The construction costs are stated in euros net: - Cable construction EUR 315 000, - Water supply EUR 676 000, - Gas supply EUR 379 000, - Sewer construction EUR 1 032 000, - Road construction EUR 1 650 000.
