Germany - Technical planning services in civil engineering and building construction

Description

The subject of the contract are services for technical equipment in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 HOAI for plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 in accordance with Section 53 (2) HOAI in conjunction with RLBau. The scope of services includes the provision of service phases 1 (in part), 2 and 3 as well as 5 to 8 according to Annex 15 to § 55 HOAI, whereby a step-by-step contract is awarded. the scope of planning concerns several partial construction measures (TBM): TBM 02 - Research and Teaching Building, TBM 03 - Herbarium, TBM 05 - Warehouse and Workshop Building and TBM 15 - Technical Facilities in Outside Facilities. an initial cost forecast shows total costs for the measures to be planned (KG 200- 600) of EUR 25.0 million gross. The expansion of the usable outdoor area is to result in the construction of new buildings, greenhouses and open spaces as well as the partial demolition of most of the buildings and greenhouses recommended for demolition. The buildings "Research and Teaching" TBM 02 "Herbarium" TBM 03 and "Warehouse and Workshop" TBM 05 are assigned to implementation section 2. The TBM 15 "Technical Facilities in Exterior Facilities" will be completed with the respective construction phases over the entire construction period - TBM 02 Building Research and Teaching: This is a new 2-storey extension with offices, meeting and library rooms. The new building will be built on top of an existing plinth floor. The new building will be developed using the existing media (KG 410, 420) from the existing building. Mechanical aeration and ventilation must be planned for necessary areas. The existing building is excluded from the planning. TBM 03-Herbarium: This is the renovation of an existing building, which will be extended by the addition of a new upper floor. The technical equipment/installation in the entire building must be newly planned. The KG 410 and 420 are not subject to above-average requirements. For the KG430, special technical requirements are placed on the room climate for the collection and work rooms (rooms in which plant material is processed and preserved) with a relative humidity of 55-60 % and a constant room temperature of 21oC. 3 depot rooms are to be equipped with preparation workstations (KG 470) - TBM 05 building warehouse and workshop: This is a 1-storey new building with various areas for storage such as tubs/pots, consumables, machines/equipment, garden furniture etc. Furthermore, warehouses for fertilisers, toxic substances and fuels as well as a general workshop and welding room are planned. The technical equipment/installation of the KG 410, 420, 430 and 470 must be planned. There are no requirements above average.- TBM 02, 03 and 05:In the listed buildings, the adaptation of the building control system to the latest status and the modified technical systems must be planned in the KG 480. TBM 15 technical systems in outdoor installations: The planning includes KG 542 water systems and KG 544 heat supply systems and exclusively includes the pipe network, laid underground and/or channelled, between the buildings (or greenhouses) of the Botanical Garden property. In addition to the TBM 02, 03 and 05 to be planned, the connected loads (media supply) of 5 greenhouses have to be considered and the dimensioning of the line network in the outdoor area has to be carried out. The interfaces to greenhouse and civil engineering planners must be observed. Intensive cooperation/coordination is necessary for this purpose. For further project descriptions, see award documents.
