Traffic system planning for the extension of the K1124 to improve the infrastructure connection of the industrial area "Gewerbepark Sülzetal".
The subject of the invitation to tender is the planning of traffic facilities, planning of engineering structures and structural design including SiGeKo for the extension of the K1224 from the exit Magdeburger Ring (B81) [district of Magdeburg] to the road "Lange Göhren" in the industrial area "Gewerbepark Sülzetal" [district of Osterweddingen; Börde district] as well as the extension of the existing agricultural road along the watercourse "Großer Wiesengraben" to a cycle path / cycle expressway [district of Magdeburg]. Planning of a guideline-compliant development in accordance with the guideline for integrated network design, guideline for the construction of rural roads, guideline for the construction of urban roads, recommendation for cycling facilities as well as other road construction guidelines, standards, regulations, etc. of a main access road to a state-significant industrial area as well as new construction of a separately running bike path for non-motorized road users. The construction measure is to be financed with subsidies. The maximum subsidy rate expires at the end of 2023. Therefore, service phase 3 is to be completed by August 2023 at the latest and the preparatory work for the subsidy application is to be completed by the end of September 2023 so that a coordinated subsidy application can be submitted by the state capital Magdeburg and the Börde district at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2023.
