Description

The subject of the project is the new construction of the primary and secondary school (GS/MS) Neuendettelsau The municipal council of the municipality has not yet decided on which plot of land the new school should be built. The choice is between the existing location and a wasteland in the core location at the former location of the Bezzelheim nursing home in the immediate vicinity of the educational campus of Diakoneo (formerly: Diakonie Neuendettelsau). For the final choice of location, the results of the architect's preliminary planning will serve as a basis for decision-making. For this reason, the service profiles of the object planning "buildings and interiors" are assigned for both locations. Both sites are to be investigated and evaluated in accordance with LPH 1, 2 and partly 3 of Annex 10.1 to § 34 HOAI 2013. Since both locations entail different framework conditions for further planning, but also have different effects and burdens directly for the residents of Neuendettelsau, the funding agency has decided on such a path: The new construction of the GS/MS at the existing location can probably only be managed in sections, since on the one hand the school operation and the functionality of the buildings must be maintained. Moreover, the existing space is unlikely to meet the requirements for rapid implementation of the adopted spatial programme. However, the existing location would have an advantage in that it is in the immediate vicinity of the existing school sports facility (single hall, triple hall and sports field with 400 m tartan track) The new building on a "green" meadow on the site of the former Bezzelheim would have the advantage, among other things, that a completely new building can be erected away from the school. Due to the proximity to the campus of Diakoneo with its secondary and vocational schools, an extended school campus could and would be created. However, in the course of this, the construction of an appropriate new dual school hall may be necessary and required. However, the planning of such a hall is not directly covered by the contract. However, the plans for both projects will have a direct and indirect impact. The basis for the spatial programme was the educational objectives of the Bavarian Constitution and the Bavarian Education Act as well as the current curriculaPLUS for primary and secondary schools in Bavaria. With regard to implementation and design, the "school family" has developed a concept in various workshops, which was written down in a "Pedagogical Room Function Book" and includes possibilities for all-day care. The municipality of Neuendettelsau, as the client, demands the best possible implementation of the project from the architects/planners/specialist planners to be commissioned.it is planned to commission the following additional (specialist) planners, each of whom will be commissioned in a separate procedure:- object planning (buildings and interiors),- structural design,- technical equipment HLS.it is intended to implement Lph 1-9 in accordance with the Lph 1-9 in accordance with the Lph 1-9. The contract is to be awarded for the new building of GS/MS Neuendettelsau according to § 55 HOAI 2013, including all basic services according to Annex 15.1 of the HOAI and, in the form of options, the special services according to Annex 15.1 of the HOAI (see contract documents) The contract is awarded in stages: For technical equipment ELT:- Stage 1: phases 1, 2 and 3,- Stage 2: phase 4,- Stage 3: phase 5-9.The client is free to choose which stage to award the contract for, and this is to be done in writing. The special services are optional, so that the client is not obliged to call them up.
