Description

The services to be rendered comprise the scope of work for technical equipment, § 55 HOAI, plant groups (§ 53 HOAI):4) Power installations;5) Telecommunications and information technology installations;6) Conveyor systems.it is intended to initially award contracts for services in work phases 1-3 in accordance with § 55 and Annex 15 HOAI. The client reserves the right to assign the services of the work phases 4-9 according to § 55 and Annex 15 No. 15.1 HOAI to the engineer if the planning and execution of the construction measure is continued. There is no legal claim to the transfer of these benefits. Eligible costs (from cost group 400, DIN 276) in accordance with § 54 HOAI approx. EUR 1 250 000 The Main-Taunus-Kreis intends to build a new 3 to 4 class primary school with care and a 2-field sports hall (BGF 6,262 m2) according to passive house standards, including the following components: PV system, LED lighting with presence detector, electric car charging station. The following dates are envisaged: planning start spring 2020, construction start January 2021, completion end 2022 The award of the contract or the realisation of the project is subject to the following reservations: the prerequisite for the service to be awarded is the creation of a still outstanding building lease. The invitation to tender is therefore subject to the positive outcome and outcome of the building planning law proceedings currently still underway. At this point in time, the awarding authority assumes that corresponding building rights can be created or at least secured. If, contrary to expectations, a negative outcome of the construction planning procedures should occur during the tendering procedure, the award procedure will be cancelled pursuant to § 63 (1) no. 4 VgV. In the event that such a negative decision is only made after the conclusion of the contract, the Customer shall make use of its special right of termination pursuant to § 17 No. 17.2 of the contract. The costs of preparing the offer will not be reimbursed.
