The services to be provided include the technical equipment, § 55 HOAI, plant groups (§ 53 HOAI):1) sewage, water and gas plants;2) heat supply plants;3) It is intended to initially award services of the work phases 1-3 according to § 55 and Annex 15 HOAI to the engineer. the client reserves the right to assign the services of the work phases 4-9 according to § 55 and Annex 15 No. 15.1 HOAI to the engineer in case of continuation of the planning and execution of the construction measure. There is no legal claim to the transfer of these services. Attributable costs (from cost group 400, DIN 276) according to § 54 HOAI approx. 2 085 000 EUR. The Main-Taunus district intends to build a new primary school with 3 to 4 sections and supervision and a 2-field sports hall (BGF 6 262 m2) in accordance with the passive house standard, including the following components: Cistern, heating pellets/wood chips, gas CHP with PV system, individual room control for HK and ventilation CO2 controlled. The following dates are planned: start of planning in spring 2020, start of construction in January 2021, completion at the end of 2022. The award of the contract or the realisation of the project is subject to reservation: The prerequisite for the award of the contract is the creation of an outstanding building lease. The invitation to tender is therefore subject to the positive course and outcome of the currently ongoing building planning procedures. At the present time, the awarding authority assumes that appropriate building rights can be created or at least secured. If, contrary to expectations, a negative outcome is reached in the construction planning procedure during the tender procedure, the award procedure will be cancelled in accordance with § 63 (1) no. 4 VgV. In the event that such a negative decision is made only after conclusion of the contract, the Customer shall exercise its special right of termination pursuant to § 17 No. 17.2 of the contract. The costs of preparing the tender shall not be reimbursed.
