Description

Basic evaluation, preliminary, draft and approval planning as well as optional implementation planning, preparation and participation in the award of contracts, site supervision, site support and documentation for the control technology for all structures and operating facilities of the 3 new lake waterworks as well as their integration in the Sipplinger Berg waterworks as a superordinate central operating and control system. The scope of planning also includes the necessary adaptations to the existing facilities at the Sipplinger Berg waterworks and at the Süßenmühle site (including the existing pumping station).
The subject of this tendering procedure is Lot 7, which comprises the following services: Basic evaluation, preliminary, draft and approval planning as well as optional implementation planning, preparation and participation in the award of contracts, site supervision, site support and documentation for the control technology for all structures and operating facilities of the 3 new lake waterworks as well as their integration in the Sipplinger Berg waterworks as a superordinate central operating and control system. The scope of planning also includes the necessary adaptations to the existing facilities at the Sipplinger Berg waterworks and at the Süßenmühle site (including the existing pumping station). In particular, the I&C system is to ensure uninterrupted central monitoring (recording and processing of the process statuses), regulation and control of all plants to maintain trouble-free operation. The I&C system shall detect and report imminent malfunctions at any time and, in the event of a malfunction, maintain operation as far as possible by automatic switching to redundant equipment. The I&C system shall be planned in accordance with the specifications of the I&C planning and the I&C concept from lot 1 and in coordination with the other lots. Particular attention shall be paid to the requirements of the IT Security Act and the resulting classification as a KRITIS company as well as the customer's catalogue of requirements derived from this (will be made available during the planning phase). Planning object lot 7 are in particular: o I&C equipment of the operating facilities and networking of the facilities with each other to ensure a higher-level central operation, data evaluation, monitoring, regulation and control of all facilities o Construction of new control room(s) for central control of the overall system o Integration of the existing I&C system of the existing facilities into the new system and ensuring a seamless, uninterrupted transition from old to new o Process control system (PCS) for the overall facilities (old and new) o Integration of the network technology and the telecommunications system (fixed network) o Creation of redundancy and fail-safe performance specifications: o § 55 Technical equipment (Annex 15.2 Group 5: Telecommunications or information technology equipment) o Other special services (e.g. extended cost-benefit analysis, communication with authorities and approvals, etc.)
