Description
The following planning services are to be provided for the implementation of the conversion measure: Basic services and special services in accordance with HOAI.Engineering structures:Stage 1:HOAI § 43 -LPH 1 to 7Basic determination, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning only Special services, execution planning, preparation of award of contract, participation in awarding stage 2: HOAI § 43 - LPH 8 and 9, site supervision, construction supervision and site supervisionThe contract is awarded in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of level 2. In addition to the basic services, "special services" are also provided within the 2 levels.
