Description

This contract covers the mandatory periodic audits and monitoring to be carried out at all university institutions. The buildings and premises concerned by the periodic verification are mainly intended for administration, teaching and research (tertiary and scientific) and technical premises. The technical verifications provided for by the regulations in force for establishments receiving the public must be carried out by persons or bodies approved by the competent administrations.
The purpose of this lot is the periodic checking of the electrical installations for all the buildings of the University of Picardie Jules Verne. The purpose of the checks is to control the conformity of the installations using gas with the regulations in force and to recommend all the useful measures to improve safety. This batch concerns all category A and B installations. Interventions on SSI power plants will be scheduled in advance and will be the subject of particular attention due to the obligatory presence of the maintenance company. Checks concerning doors, gates, lifts, goods lifts, gondolas, scaffolding. The present batch concerns all the equipment, materials, installations identified in the consultation file.
