the services, subject of the present contract, concern the setting up of an expertise mission for the project manager for the external environmental controls to be carried out on the construction sites of the Grand Paris Express line 18
The services subject of the present consultation are as follows: Phase 1 has already been the subject of a contract which concerned work on the sites associated with the annex work Oa-P02 (4602p) and the overhead part (including stations and operating center) up to the Golf National de St Quentin.The services of the present contract consist in the realization of the external environmental controls of the line 18, of the lots of underground infrastructures of the western sector under the supervision of the project managers and the owner on the sites of building sites associated with the Grand Paris Express metro, and in particular - general services - controls on the excavation sites, on the possible sorting sites deported in the geographical and contractual perimeter of the present contract: Soil sampling on site (treatment device on site, bottom/wall of excavation...) and on storage area, in situ and laboratory analyses, drilling and probing services excluded, soil gas sampling on existing piezairs and laboratory analyses, drilling and probing services excluded. controls on the discharge of mine water and/or rainwater that has run off on the construction sites or the sorting of excavated material under the SGP's control and directly associated with the construction sites;Sampling and analysis of water from the bottom of the excavation, water from tunnel boring machines, rainwater discharged, and also any water from groundwater treatment, in existing piezometers/wells, as well as at the outlet of temporary drainage basins and at the final receiving environment of the discharge (concessionary network), in situ measurements or laboratory measurements of physico-chemical parameters- Controls and analyses of the impact (potential or proven) on the immediate environment of the construction sites and of the possible sites of sorting of deported cuttings associated with the construction sites within the contractual and geographical framework:Controls by sampling and analysis of the ambient air quality of the sitescontrols by measurement of the rates of the emitted dustscontrols by in situ measurements of the noise levels of the sensitive sites at the time of the phases of construction site at risk: deconstruction, moulded wall, excavation, heavy handling and possible night work.Controls of vibration levels at sensitive sites during construction phases at risk: diaphragm walls, excavation, and during the passage of the tunnel boring machine. The service provider will intervene on the instructions of the project manager and/or the project owner as part of its mission of external environmental control of the companies in charge of carrying out the work
