Description
The purpose of this contract is to carry out a technical evaluation of the infrastructure and to draw up a strategic plan for the management of the port assets of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains (97434).
The mission is divided into 3 parts:
- Component 1: Inventory and evaluation of port works;
- Component 2: Analysis of flows and activities;
- Component 3: Definition of a strategic asset management plan.
