University College Dublin would like to invite submissions from companies / organisations with expertise and capability relating to the provision of the full suite retail services for the management and provision catering and pop up food units, grocery and ancillary retail in Phase 1 of the Student Residences at University College Dublin with a view to entering a technical dialogue process. The fit out of these spaces is due to take place in Q4 of 2020 with the Units opening in Q1 of 2021.
