Engineering and architectural services for the Supervision of the works, Safety Coordination during the execution phase (CSE) of the intervention called "Restructuring of the gymnasium-pool "S. Fedi" and new changing rooms (intervention B), in the area owned by the Province of Pistoia
The contract has as its object the assignment of the technical services of engineering and architecture relating to the direction of the works, measurement and accounting, coordination of safety in the execution phase, site supervision and technical activities in support of the execution of the works, concerning the project called "ENLARGEMENT OF THE SCHOOL POLY IN VIA PANCONI IN PISTOIA, RENOVATION OF THE "S. FEDI" SCHOOL SWIMMING POOL AND NEW CHANGES IN THE GYMNET".FEDI" AND NEW SPOGLIATOI, IN AREA PROPERLY OWNED BY THE PROVINCE OF PISTOIA - INTERVENTION - B.The amount on the basis of the auction for the services subject of this tender procedure, net of social security charges and VAT, amounts to € 372.844.18 (three hundred and seventy-two thousand eight hundred and forty-four/18), of which € 265,520.01 (two hundred and sixty-five thousand five hundred and twenty-one) for the Works Management and € 107,324.17 (one hundred and seven thousand three hundred and twenty-four/17) for the Safety Coordination during execution.This amount has been calculated, as reported with reference to the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of 17 June 2016 "Approval of the Tables of fees commensurate with the quality level of design services" pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 8 of the Contracts Code", based on the classes and categories of works to be performed and the related costs.
