The subject of the contract are services for technical equipment in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 HOAI for plant groups 4 and 5 in accordance with Section 53 (2) HOAI in conjunction with RLBau. The scope of services includes the provision of service phases 1 (in part), 2 and 3 as well as 5 to 8 according to Annex 15 to § 55 HOAI, whereby a step-by-step contract is awarded. the scope of planning concerns several partial construction measures (TBM): TBM 02 - Research and Teaching Building, TBM 03 - Herbarium, TBM 05 - Warehouse and Workshop Building and TBM 15 - Technical Facilities in Outdoor Facilities. an initial cost forecast shows total costs for the measures to be planned (KG 200- 600) of EUR 25.0 million gross. The expansion of the usable outdoor area will result in the construction of new buildings, greenhouses and open spaces as well as the dismantling of a large proportion of buildings and greenhouses recommended for demolition in sections. The buildings "Research and Teaching" TBM 02, "Herbarium" TBM 03 and "Warehouse and Workshop" TBM 05 are assigned to implementation section 2. The TBM 15 "Technical Installations in Exterior Facilities" will be constructed with the respective construction phases over the entire construction period - TBM 02 - Research and Teaching Building: This is a new 2-storey extension with offices, meeting and library rooms. The new building will be built on top of an existing plinth floor. The new building will be developed using the existing media (KG 440, 450) from the existing building. The existing building is excluded from the planning. TBM 03 - Herbarium: This is the renovation of an existing building, which will be extended by the addition of a new upper floor. In the entire building the technical equipment / installation (KG 440, 450), among other things for rooms in which collected plant material is prepared and conserved (work and collection rooms), as well as the house connection room with low-voltage main distribution are to be newly planned. There are no above average requirements.- TBM 05 - Building warehouse and workshop:This is a 1-storey new building with various areas for warehouses such as buckets / pots, consumables, machines / equipment, garden furniture and the like. Furthermore, warehouses for fertilisers, toxic substances and fuels as well as a general workshop and welding room are planned. The technical equipment/installation of the KG 440 and 450 is to be planned. There are no above-average requirements.- TBM 15 - Technical installations in outdoor facilities:The planning includes the KG 546 - High voltage current and KG 547 - Low voltage current - and includes exclusively the cable network, laid underground and/or channelled, between the buildings (or greenhouses) of the property Botanischer Garten. In addition to the TBM 02, 03 and 05 to be planned, the connected loads (media supply) of 5 greenhouses have to be considered and the dimensioning of the line network in the outdoor area has to be carried out. The interfaces to specialist planners HLS, greenhouse and civil engineering planners must be observed. This requires intensive cooperation / coordination. For the Botanical Garden site, the outdoor lighting including the necessary technical equipment in outdoor facilities must also be planned. In addition to the creation of efficient lighting, a further sub-area is to be created for a coherent outdoor lighting concept for the central campus of the TU Dresden.
