Delivery of teaching aids for the project "Academy of exemplary education" co-financed from the funds of the European Union - European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.Delivery of teaching aids for classes under the project No. RPWM 02.02.02-28-0002/20, which is an element necessary for the realization of the objectives of the project, i.e. increasing key competencies and universal skills among students of Elbląg elementary schools.Detailed description and quantities of teaching aids are included in the "DELIVERY VALUE" APPENDIX NO. 8 to the SWZ.

Godlewskiego St.,14) Primary School No. 25 named after Janusz Kusociński, Wyżynna St. 3.3 The subject matter of the contract is the supply of teaching aids for the project "Academy of Exemplary Education".4 The project "Academy of exemplary education" is implemented under the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 Personnel for the economy, Measure 2.2.2 Improving the quality of educational offer aimed at the development of key competencies of students, Measure 2.2.2 Improving the quality of educational offer aimed at the development of key competencies of students - ZIT bis Elbląg projects.c.d. entries from section II.2.14):The file (the original of the guarantee or surety, in electronic form) must be submitted with the bid using the Form for submitting, amending, withdrawing a bid or application available on ePUAP and also made available on the mini-Portal.c.d. provisions from section VI.3):d) Article 108(1)(6) of the PPL Act,e) Article 109(1)(1) of the PPL Act, regarding breach of obligations regarding payment of local taxes and fees, referred to in the Local Taxes and Fees Act of January 12, 1991.7) information from the Central Register of Actual Beneficiaries, if separate regulations require entry in this register, drawn up no earlier than 3 months before its submission;If the Economic Operator has a seat or place of residence outside the borders of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3.) pt. 3. items 1), 3)-5) and 7) of the announcement - shall submit the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labor and Technology of December 23, 2020 on subjective means of proof and other documents or statements that may be demanded by the ordering party from the contractor (Journal of Laws 2020 item 2415).
