Description of Work :
A Task Authorization (TA) – based contract will be awarded to supply specialized professional services (PS) resources, on an as and when requested basis in the National Capital Region (NCR), in any of the resource categories identified in section 3.3
Contractor resources, with specialized knowledge of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) product suite [1] , will be required to undertake tasks related to development of the Enterprise Portal including, but not limited to:

Analysis and evaluation of alternative technology solutions to meet business problems;
Business process maps, Use Cases, JAD sessions, workflow and organizational models;
Documentation standards and reviews of existing project documentation (Project Charters, Project Management plans, and schedule);
Documented information concerning the features and functions;
Technical architectures, frameworks and strategies to meet business and applications requirements;
Design of system components, their interfaces and operational environment including required illustrations or diagrams;

Integration of all aspects of technology solutions. Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies
