The Strategic Alternate Sourcing Program Office (SASPO) Target List is a subset of the Requirements Projections On the Web (RPOW) wherein the government should own the data rights, has fewer than three (3) sources identified, and has a projected buy value within the next three (3) fiscal years. Items on this list do not have obsolescence issues. This list is separated by Air Logistics Complexes and may be downloaded from the SASPO website http://www.tinker.af.mil/Home/429SCMSSASPO.aspx.
