Description

The subject of the contract is a successive delivery of vouchers of nominal and purchase value of PLN 10 for the purchase of food products and cleaning products for customers of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Radom, in a quantity not greater than 75 000 units, possible to redeem in the city of Radom, within no less than 6 months from the date of delivery of vouchers to the customer and signing a protocol of receipt by him. It is required that all vouchers delivered are in paper form. The vouchers must enable shopping for: a) food products at least as follows: dairy products, bread, cold cuts, meat, vegetables, fruits, flour, groats, rice, pasta, except for alcoholic products and tobacco products; b) cleaning products at least as follows: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, dishwashing liquid, washing powder. vouchers must enable their redemption in at least 5 retail outlets located in different districts of the city of Radom: We would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b and c of the RODO for the purpose of conducting the subject public procurement procedure and concluding the contract. The information clause concerning the processing of personal data is contained in chapter XXV of the ToR. Other information: 1. The Economic Operator who joins the procedure is obliged to pay a deposit of PLN 7,500.00 before the deadline for submitting tenders.2. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 6 and 7 of the Act PPL.3.In this procedure, communication between the Contracting Authority and the Economic Operators takes place electronically using electronic means of communication: miniPortal https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/, ePUAP (forms are available at https://obywatel.gov.pl/nforms/ezamowienia, https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal).4. The tender must be submitted in original. The Economic Operator submits an offer via a form for submission, change, withdrawal of an offer available on ePUAP and also available on the miniPortal. The offer should include the necessary attachments referred to in Chapter X, point 1 of the ToR. The public key necessary to encrypt the bid by the Economic Operator is available to Economic Operators on the miniPortal. The manner of submitting an offer, including encryption of the offer, is described in the rules of using the miniPortal and in the miniPortal User Manual (https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/WarunkiUslugi.aspx).
