Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of vouchers for customers of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Katowice, with a total nominal value of PLN 3,120,000, in the following quantities: Nominal value of PLN 5.00 2000 in the quantity of 2,000 pieces with a value of PLN 10,000.00; nominal value of PLN 10.00 in the quantity of PLN 311,000 in the quantity of PLN 3,110,000.00; total: 3,120,000.00 PLN.00 The above number and value of vouchers is the maximum estimated value. The Ordering Party reserves that it is possible to increase or decrease the order by up to 20% in relation to the aforementioned number of product vouchers and quantitative transfers between the nominal vouchers and the Contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims. Vouchers will be delivered to the Ordering Party's seat by the Contractor successively at least once a month after the Ordering Party places a value-quantitative order within the time limit specified in the order, not longer than 3 working days. The Contractor shall, at its own expense and risk, deliver the subject matter of the order. The place of delivery of the vouchers shall be the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Katowice, ul. Jagiellońska 17. The period for redeeming each batch of vouchers at retail outlets shall be at least 6 months from the date of delivery of the vouchers to the Principal.
