The order concerns services for the Integrated Security System in Terminal A / AB Zone, CDE Zone and other facilities of Chopin Airport in Warsaw in the scope of Access Control System (SKD), Burglary and Robbery System (SSWiN), Integration System (SI), Spatio Pass System (SpSpatio), Paging System (SP), Monitoring Center (CM) and Data Processing Platform (PPD),Maintenance means scheduled, periodic activities consisting of measurements, inspections, checks, technical tests, cleaning and other activities.In order to maintain the efficiency of the system, the Contractor will also perform repairs of reported failures, defects, ZSB defects, warranty defects and defects not covered by the warranty. The order also includes the purchase of service and technical support for hardware and software manufacturers, including the return to support, if necessary, and delivery and installation of software updates. Support for devices and systems shall be provided at PPL premises and shall include the right to update the software version of devices and systems.the Contractor:- shall provide repair or replacement of devices or their parts with new and original parts, in accordance with the methodology and recommendations of the manufacturer of possessed equipment,- shall provide service of all hardware and system components of ZSB,- shall provide one point of contact to receive all applications, which may be submitted via the following channels: website, e-mail, telephone.I. The service of ZSB equipment and systems requires at least: 1. Possibility of reporting failures, technical problems, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.2Guaranteed failure repair time 3. Supply and installation of replacement equipment II. General rules for system maintenance and maintenance A. The subject of the contract covers, among others: 1. Services related to the maintenance of installed elements and readiness to provide system operation services, as well as all other costs.2. Providing a quality guarantee and system operation maintenance for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract.3. Granting a 3-year warranty on new equipment.4. Performing maintenance of all system elements divided into stages: a. initial inspection after the start of the contract, b. system maintenance inspections: every six months.5.Removal of failures, faults, repairs and other service works necessary to maintain the constant operational efficiency of ZSB.6. Within the scope of service, intervention in accordance with point "Maintenance of System Effectiveness".7. Removal of faults revealed during technical inspection (maintenance).8. Delivery of PPL by the Contractor before each maintenance, in advance, of the framework schedule of works.9Maintenance of all elements of the system in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and applicable regulations.B. Conditions of order completion, among others: 1. After agreement, work in Terminal A zone AB will be carried out at night from 23:30-05:30.2.Acceptance of repairs, modernization, alterations and extensions of the system performed by PPL until the Contract is signed by the Contractor and during the signed contract. 4. The Contractor is obliged to: a. prepare the errata for the secret as-built documentation. b. to maintain continuity of service throughout the duration of the contract. MSWiA concession to perform activities in the form of a technical security service, and persons performing work and managing employees - entry on the list of qualified security technicians in their own state or have direct access to the warehouse of spare parts of maintained systems or c. appropriate service agreement with the manufacturer for the replacement or supply of parts and software updates. Maintenance means planned, periodic activities consisting in measurements, inspections, checks, technical tests, cleaning and other activities.In order to maintain the efficiency of the system, the Contractor will also perform repairs of reported failures, defects, ZSB and SARNR defects, warranty defects and defects not covered by the warranty. The order also includes the purchase of service and technical support for hardware and software manufacturers, including the return to support, if necessary, and delivery and installation of software updates. The Contractor will observe applicable standards, regulations: fire safety and health and safety, internal regulations of PPL during the works.3Acceptance of repairs, modernization, alterations and extensions of the system performed by PPL until the Contract is signed by the Contractor and during the signed contract.4 The Contractor is obliged to: a. prepare the errata for the secret as-built documentation b. to maintain continuity of service throughout the duration of the contract.5The Contractor shall have: a. the Ministry of Interior and Administration concession to perform activities in the form of technical security services, and persons performing work and managing the employees - entry on the list of qualified technical security personnel. b. in their own state or have direct access to the warehouse of spare parts for the systems being maintained, or c. the relevant service agreement with the manufacturer for the replacement or delivery of parts and software updates. The order concerns services for the Integrated Security System in Terminal A / CDE Zone together with piers and other remote facilities and PPL buildings in the scope of SKD, SSWiN, SI, CCTV, LAN.
