Description

The subject matter of the contract is technical support in terms of Oracle technology existing in the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw. The contract is divided into two parts:Part 1: Technical support in terms of Oracle technology competence.Part 2: "Technical Assistance" service for Oracle products.
The subject matter of the contract in Part 1 includes technical support along with trouble shooting for Oracle database environment and development work and consulting within consulting hours. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ - model contract Part 1 The subject of the contract in Part 2 covers provision of technical assistance for Oracle products. The detailed scope of the contract has been defined in Appendix 1B to SWZ - model contract Part 2. The Ordering Party requires that the service in Part 2 be provided by the Contractor having the status of an authorized Oracle Partner Network, within the scope of partnership and possessing the License & Hardware paths that entitle to sell Oracle products including software licenses and Oracle technical support services in Poland at the level enabling provision of technical assistance services for Oracle software.
