Description

The aim of this call for tenders is to find a service provider who can provide the following services for the AG for a period of 60 months:Firewall:- Provision of a firewall system (incl. proxies and IDS/IPS components)- Installation and customizing of the firewall system in coordination with the AG- Operation of the firewall system- Delivery and installation of software versions, updates, upgrades, releases and patches for the firewall systemMailgateway:- Provision of a mail gateway (incl. SPAM filter, mail blocker and attachment filter)- Installation and customizing of the mail gateway in coordination with the AG- Operation of the mail gateway- Delivery and installation of software versions, updates, upgrades, releases and patches for the AG- Operation of the mail gateway Installation and customizing of the mail gateway in coordination with the AG- Operation of the mail gateway- Delivery and installation of software versions, updates, upgrades, releases and patches for the mail gateway- Provision of access to the mail gateway, (preference: Web GUI) for the release of withheld mails, and the tracking of mails (massage tracking), for the AG's administrators
-2-tier firewall system as a combination of 2 different manufacturers, with setup and operation of a large number of DMZs and a transport volume of min. 10TB/month -> for further requirements see draft performance description- For http and https a proxy service has to be operated in the Internet Service Area, which has to be designed for 800 users, proxy function has to be controllable by the AG- ftp/sftp proxy for a limited number of users- Site blocker allows blocking of entire categories, but AG can also explicitly enable sites/URLs- For the detection or defense of attack attempts from the Internet Service Area, a proxy service has to be operated, which has to be designed for 800 users, proxy function has to be controllable by the AG- ftp/sftp proxy for a limited number of users Suitable intrusion prevention systems (IPS) and intrusion detection systems (NIDS, HIDS) are to be provided and operated by the Contractor for the detection or defence against attempted attacks from the Internet. Mail gateway with spam filter, mail blocker and attachemnt filter- 2-stage virus scanneroptional services- Reverse proxy- Consultants: additional consulting services/project support or complex configurations as required, on demand
