Description

ISB operates a three-tier data warehouse "DIDI" based on MS SQL Server and the frameworks MStrategie and TDE3 from Infofabrik. SAP Business Objects 4.x with the Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports for Enterprise modules is used as a frontend or presentation layer for fixed reporting. For the Ad-Hoc-Reporting the ISB uses the ReportServer of the company Infofabrik as frontend. In the context of the current operation and with the execution of projects the ISB needs external support within the range report server, SAP BO, data base development (MS SQL) and the frameworks mentioned above.Here the system is to be adapted to ISB-individual needs, as well as error corrections which usually require profound special knowledge and programming knowledge and therefore cannot be covered to the full extent by the employees of the IT department or must be handed over due to load peaks. The processes and process transitions are coordinated during the initialization phase. Possible costs for the familiarisation with the ISB will not be borne by the ISB and are to be borne by the contractor. The support will be provided in the form of a framework contract. The contract period is 48 months and the expected expenditure is estimated at 400 person days/year. The FSUIT may not incur any additional costs in the event of increased or decreased demand. There is no obligation on the part of ISB to take delivery. The ISB needs external support in the context of production support and projects. The support essentially refers to technical questions, error corrections, programming adjustments in connection with the SAP/ABAKUS/customer portal/OAM systems, which usually require in-depth specialist knowledge and programming skills and therefore cannot be fully covered by the IT staff, or The service ensures the smooth operation of the SAP/ABAKUS/Customer Portal/OAM system, as well as projects. Furthermore, it ensures that a fast response time to problems can be guaranteed in times of peak loads. The processes and process transitions are coordinated during the initialization phase. Post costs for the training are not taken over by the ISB and are to be borne by the contractor. The support is given in the form of a framework contract. The contract term is 48 months and the expected expenditure is estimated at 1,000 person days/year. The FSUIT may not incur any additional costs in the event of increased or decreased demand. There is no obligation on the part of ISB to take delivery.
