Description

The subject of the contract is to design and implement an extension of the NSW system in order to enable shipowners, ship masters or their representatives to complete the formalities of reporting obligations (described in legal acts, in accordance with the provisions of Polish regulations and specific requirements).
The subject of the contract is to design and implement an extension of the NSW system in order to enable shipowners, ship masters or their representatives to complete the formalities of reporting obligations (described in legal acts, in accordance with the provisions of Polish regulations and specific requirements).The extended NSW will cover the functionalities of the control and information system for Polish ports and the National Single Contact Point and will be an electronic platform connecting the National SafeSeaNet System, the electronic customs administration system and other systems of data recipients with the electronic systems used to transmit information by the shipowner or shipmaster or their representatives, in accordance with the provisions of Article 91 sec. 1a of the Act of 18 August 2011 on Maritime Safety.The planned extension of NSW is to ensure that the requirements are met: Directive 2010/65/EU of 20 October 2010 on reporting formalities for ships arriving in or departing from ports of the Member States and repealing Directive 2002/6/EC (OJ EU L 283/1 of 29.10.2010, p. 1) and the "Guidelines on reporting formalities for ships arriving in or departing from ports of the Member States". The Commission and the Member States have adopted the 'National Single Contact Point Guidelines' and cover the system integration of two interfaces: an automated s2s (system-to-system) and a graphical user interface (GUI) and systems and databases as defined in the chapter logic and business layer of the target systems. A detailed description of the subject matter is provided in Annex 4 to the ToR.
