Description

The Ordering Party shall require the Contractor to perform the following activities within the performance of the subject of the Agreement, i.e.: pre-implementation analysis, implementation of the ZSI System, provision of guarantee and maintenance services for ZSI, if the performance of these activities involves performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974. - The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 67(1)(7) of the PPL Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services related to the maintenance of the System, on conditions similar to the basic contract, to the extent not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic contract.3 The Contracting Authority also provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 67(1)(7) of the PPL Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services related to the maintenance of the System, on conditions similar to the basic contract, to the extent not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic contract.4 The Contracting Authority also provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 67(1)(7) of the PPL Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services related to the maintenance of the System, on conditions similar to the basic contract, to the extent not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic contract. In the present proceedings conducted under the open tender procedure, the Contracting Authority shall apply the so-called reverse procedure4. The documents referred to in clause 7.5.2(b) should be issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders.7If in the country in which the Economic Operator has its registered office or place of residence or place of residence of the person to whom the document refers, the documents referred to in item 7.6. above are not issued, they shall be replaced by a document containing, respectively, the Economic Operator's statement with indication of the person or persons authorized to represent the Economic Operator or the statement of the person to whom the document was to refer, submitted before a notary public or before a judicial, administrative, professional or business self-government body competent for the Economic Operator's registered office or place of residence or place of residence of such person. The provision of clause 7.6 shall apply accordingly. 7.8. The Economic Operator having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland with respect to a person having its place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to whom the document referred to in clause 7.6 refers. 7.4.1. the document shall be submitted within the scope specified in Article 24 paragraph 1 of this clause. 14. and 21. of the PPL Act. If no such documents are issued in the country of residence of the person to whom the document is sought, they shall be replaced by a document containing a declaration made by that person before a notary public or a judicial, administrative, professional or economic self-government body competent for the place of residence of that person. The document should be issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders.
