Description

Installation of the measurement, control and regulation technology/building automation to be supplied.
Detailed description (please attach description of services):This is the new construction of the Integrated Regional Control Center South (IRLS South) with the associated outdoor facilities on the property Teichkoppel 21 in Bad Oldesloe. The project comprises a two-story main building with control center area and administration wing as well as staff, technical and other functional rooms, plus a one-story, unheated technical annex with integrated radio mast, and an access-secured outdoor area. The site area is 8,740m². The supporting structure is planned as a solid steel-concrete skeleton with an infill of lightweight concrete masonry. The staircases will be of StB construction. The roof construction will be realized as a lightweight structure in timber construction. The building project has a gross floor area of approx. 3,460m².The building is supplied with drinking water by the municipal drinking water network and with hot water by means of central hot water generation (fresh water station). The heat supply is ensured by a gas condensing boiler as peak load generator and a brine/water heat pump as base load generator. Heat is distributed via a heated and cooled ceiling in the control center rooms and underfloor heating in the ancillary and administrative rooms. The control center and storage rooms are additionally cooled, with refrigeration provided by mutually redundant compression chillers and one recooler each. The control center and storage rooms are also supplied by mutually redundant full air-conditioning systems. In addition, interior rooms and the changing rooms, as well as technical adjoining rooms, are supplied with air by a further ventilation system. The rescue control center is supplied with electricity via the medium-voltage network of the local energy supplier. The customer's own medium-voltage switchgear, transformer and emergency power system are located in a technical annex. Two low-voltage main distributions are redundantly supplied from the technical annex. The distribution of electrical energy in the building is mainly redundant. In addition to the emergency power system, the control center is also supplied by two UPS installed on site. The building is also equipped with security systems such as a central security lighting system, fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system and access control system. Brief description of building automation: 6 automation centers for the control and regulation of plant automation and room automation with approx. 800 physical and approx. 600 communicative data points. Furthermore, a redundancy of 2 RLT systems incl. periphery with 2 automation stations with common I/Os is planned for two ASPs. A BSK bus system is to be provided for the approx. 60 fire dampers.Main performance items of the building automation:Common I/Os in the respective ASP with master-slave (redundant automation station):- ASP01: AHU 1 as master AHU, BSK bus system, 3 fields- ASP02: AHU 2 as slave AHU, BSK bus system, 3 fieldsStandard ASPs without redundancy:- ASP03: AHU system secondary rooms as well as room automation, 2 fields- ASP04: Refrigeration generation and distribution 1, 2 fields- ASP05: Refrigeration generation and distribution 2, 2 fields- ASP06: Heating as well as room automation, 3 fieldsRoom automation includes the control of HVAC systems such as.e.g. floor heating, heating/cooling ceilings etc., but no blinds, lighting, etc.For the automation management, a 19" rack server incl. rack, an operator station as well as a notebook incl. printer, VPN access, backup system is provided as a complete system. Furthermore, the electrical installations as well as network/data transmission networks are to be installed.
