Description
The contract covers services to maintain and optimise its Xivo, Xivo CC and Gestsup telephone infrastructure and its video-protection system, for drinking water and wastewater services provided by the Régie, Lot No. 1: Telephone switchboard, to provide reactive services to maintain operational conditions (maintenance, configuration, maintenance and updating of Xivo, Xivo CC and Gestsup servers, etc.), to supply and install equipment (terminals, headsets, switches, etc.). Concerns services for maintaining in operational condition and optimizing its Xivo, Xivo CC and Gestsup telephone infrastructure as well as its video-protection system, for the drinking water and sanitation services of the Régie. lot 2: video-protection:- providing reactive maintenance services in operational conditions (monitoring updates, maintenance of hard disks, cameras...),- providing and installing equipment (camera...) and providing services (cleaning cameras...).
