Framework agreement and maintenance contract for deployment site safety systems
Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of emergency site security systems (ESS) and accessories. The maximum quantity to be supplied under the framework agreement is 45 emergency site security systems, each consisting of:- 1 total station,- 1 piece of monitoring software, license for use on a PC and its installation on a PC of the user in different ways,- 1 accessory package for the total station, each consisting of a data cable, a tribrach with forced centering, a rain cover for total station, an external or spare battery, a charger, a tripod, 12 monitoring prisms with mounting set, 20 reflective foils for IR distance measurement, carrying case(s), spare parts kit for consumables,- 1 prism pole with detachable round prism and tripod,- 1 prism pole with detachable 360° prism and tripod,- 1 field screen with accessories,- 1 pair of binoculars with accessories,- 1 presence user training for a user group of up to 6 persons at a central location in Germany (e.g. logistics center, at least 5 users).1 face-to-face user training for a user group of up to 6 persons at a decentralized user location (local association),- 1 online user training,and conclusion of a maintenance contract, see VI.3.
