Description

In order to monitor and guarantee the quality of the service offered to the public by the Principal, he wishes that the working methods and procedures imposed and taught during the internal trainings are correctly respected and applied in the field. In order to be able to control this criterion, the Principal is looking for a Tenderer who is able to carry out annually ± 5,000 surveys within its Retail network (post offices and post points). The execution of these surveys will be spread over successive waves. The Client wants these surveys to be carried out according to a standardized method by anonymous (external) interviewers, in an official national language, and for the Contractor to draw up an objective report on the results obtained.
