Description

NRK would like to develop the organisation to be more flexible and more adaptable. This involves, amongst other things, more focus on the working environment and work methodology, and several multi-disciplinary teams across the organisation structure.NRK would like tenders for general system that see to the following overall needs:- Adapted pulse measurements: A user friendly tool where managers and HR have to possibility to carry out flexible and local measurements in a simple way, and where topic areas/questions and recipients can be selected as required.- Annual employee survey for all of NRK: We would also like to use the same tool to carry out a fixed annual employee survey, where the dispatch and reporting follows NRK's line organisation with aggregated reports for the entity, division, department, section/editorial staff, and units.
There are large variations in NRK in the way we work together. Employees are organised in units, autonomous teams, projects, and multi-disciplinary groups. There is continual development of teams and how we work together in order to learn and innovate. We are therefore looking for a motivating and user friendly tool for managers, team managers, and work managers in order to measure the working environment, work methodology, and general development in an area, team, or project.NRK emphasises that the survey has been professionally assessed and it contains updated knowledge on what is important for people's well-being, achievements, and development at work, in addition to reliability and validity requirements.
