The surveillance service includes all activities of observation, surveillance and control of the areas within the compound's perimeter, access areas or immediately adjacent or in any case of interest for the security of the structure and its users (with the impossibility of physically operating outside the perimeter that delimits the areas pertaining to the compound's area), carried out by private security guards with the necessary authorizations and trained for this purpose, who operate directly (guarding accesses, carrying out occasional, systematic, targeted inspections, etc..) or even indirectly using any suitable equipment (optics, video surveillance and detection systems, anti-intrusion alarms and any electro-mechanical system) that they use in the manner deemed most appropriate (overt, covert, etc..) within 24 hours, in order to prevent, detect and possibly deal with any form of potentially hostile or dangerous activities, activating the chain of alert and the most appropriate actions to react and counter any threat. A weekly report on surveillance activities must be produced.The reception service provides for all activities of reception of the public and the control and management of the telephone switchboard in case of extraordinary necessity.Specifically, the duties of the private guards will be concerned:- the activities of porter for the custody, surveillance, fruition of the buildings and their appurtenances, including access control and regulation of the flow of people, vehicles and goods where there are no particular security requirements for which the presence of the Carabinieri military is required, - the activities of control through video surveillance instruments, - the activities of assistance, control and security during events and demonstrations, - the activities of prevention and first intervention of the threat and fire prevention, - the management of the telephone switchboard during office closing hours, - the activities of access control for visitors, with management of metal detectors and scanners; supervision of the users of the structure during their stay within the compound, - the management of the road network and the use of car parks, as well as the accompaniment of common visitors, - the activities of receiving correspondence and related checks through the scanner apparatus. The surveillance service provides for activities of observation and control of the surrounding environment (not outside the boundary zone) or in any case of interest, carried out with trained personnel and suitable equipment (optics, video surveillance and detection systems, anti-intrusion alarms and any suitable electro-mechanical system) in certain ways (obvious), hidden, systematic, occasional, permanent, targeted etc.) to be implemented in H24 format in order to prevent and/or identify any form of hostile, or potentially hostile, activity/event, in order to possibly activate the warning chain and prepare, or have activated, the expected actions to react and counter the threat.A) The equipment for remote surveillance must be rented, in perfect state of use and with guarantee of continuous functionality, H24 and immediate assistance and maintenance with possible replacement, equally immediate, to ensure the continuity and functionality of the service for the duration of the contract. They must be prepared as soon as possible from the moment of confirmation of the assignment:B) The patrol surveillance service must be carried out in the compound of "Villa Tarabya", property and park of pertinence, located in Istanbul, Mahallesi Haydar Aliyev Caddesi n.146 - Sarıyer, Istanbul; The particular situation of the property could be sold at any time. The surveillance service will be discontinued with 3 days' notice if this contingency occurs without the service provider having any rights for the failure to continue surveillance.
