Description
The assortment being the subject of the order must be admitted to trading and use, have current certificates and registration certificates in accordance with the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2019 item 175 as amended) or be admitted to trading and use on the basis of certificates: a certificate issued by a notified body in the EU (with a current expiry date and identifying the manufacturer and type of product) or a declaration of conformity with the requirements of the European Union directives.
