Description
Task No. 1Successive delivery of implants for spinal stabilization to the Customer's headquarters together with making the instruments available. Detailed description of the order is included in Annex 2 to the ToR. Note: 1. The offered medical device should be allowed to be marketed and used in accordance with the applicable law, in particular with the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211) and its implementing acts.2. The subject matter of the order shall be performed at the expense and risk of the Contractor within the time limit specified in the ToR and its annexes3. In all cases where, due to the specific nature of the subject matter of the contract, the origin of the materials and equipment is indicated, it is allowed to use equivalent materials and equipment, i.e. all the materials and equipment listed in the documentation provided by the Ordering Party serve to define the standard and may be replaced by other materials of not inferior technical, utility, quality, functional and aesthetic parameters, taking into account proper cooperation with other materials and equipment.4If the Contracting Authority indicates trademarks, patents or origin in the documentation of the proceedings, the Contracting Authority shall allow the use of equivalent solutions.5 Whenever the Contracting Authority refers to any standards, attestations, certificates, the Contractor may use standards, attestations or certificates equivalent to them.
