Netherlands - Support services for vehicle fleet

Description

The purpose of this tendering procedure is to enter into a framework agreement with a single supplier who, on the basis of further agreements, will supply KVK with official cars on the basis of "full operational lease". The framework agreement starts 5.10.2020. At present, the fleet consists of 25 official cars. It is expected that this number will remain virtually the same in the coming years. 2012 Tendering Act The amended 2012 Tendering Act applies to this tendering procedure.Negometrix.This tendering procedure will take place entirely digitally via Negometrix. Scope of the tender: - lease cars of the Executive Board, with right to private use. The Executive Board has free choice in make and type of car within an allocated budget (segment E), - service cars linked to functions, at least 25,000 work kilometres per year, exceptionally to support the Executive Board 15,000 kilometres per year. Exclusively for commuting and business travel. The car is prescribed by the client and must be an HEV C-segment car, - pool cars which are present at various branches of the client (Arnhem, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Woerden). The cars are only for business use and not for commuting. The car is prescribed by the client and must be an HEV C-segment car,- supplying cars on the basis of "full operational lease" with a closed calculation,- keeping a dashboard environment to which the client has access,- "Short lease", the possibility to purchase lease cars with a turnaround time of up to twelve months,- lettering of the leased cars,- optional: rental cars,- optional: retrofitting of trip registration systems in the leased cars, for registration of private kilometres.
