Description
The scope of delivery will depend on Saxion's individual needs, which will differ from year to year, partly on the basis of changing legislation and regulations. There is therefore no limit to these framework agreements. If it is legally necessary, in the light of recent case law, to maximise them, the estimated value per parcel is set at EUR 3 000 000 per year, excluding VAT. No rights may be derived from this invitation to tender in terms of purchase volume or amounts.
