Canada - Supply of nautical equipment - 2023 and 2024 seasons

Description

The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (the "Sépaq") is requesting bids from suppliers interested in offering and delivering water sports equipment (the "Equipment") for certain of its establishments (hereinafter the "Establishments") identified in Schedule A.
The Bidder is invited to submit a bid for one or more of the 14 lots of Equipment set forth in the specifications attached as Schedule "B" (the "Specifications").
Details of the quantities of Equipment required by Facility are provided in Schedule C.
The specifications for the Equipment are set forth in the Specifications. The Equipment will be required to be very rugged as it will be available for rental at the various Facilities.
Delivery locations are shown in Schedule A.
The Equipment must be delivered to the Facilities by May 15, 2023. However, it is the Supplier's responsibility to confirm with the Sites the delivery date(s) (before the deadline).
Sépaq may renew the supply contract for one or more batches of Equipment for the 2024 season.
