Description
Supply of electricity for the GEKA mbH delivery point with an annual purchase volume of around 16.5 million kWh and a maximum peak output of 2,750 kW. The upper limit of the contract is 24 million kWh per year. The contractor is not obliged to purchase the complete quantities, but only the quantities actually consumed.
GEKA mbH shall not be obliged to purchase the electricity in the amount of the estimated value or the upper limit, but shall be entitled to do so.
1. the term of the contract is 36 months, from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2027
2. when submitting the offer, it must be ensured that the transmission and provision of the electrical energy is guaranteed for the entire term.
