Description

This call for tenders concerns the supply of cylinders, electronic keys, accessories and miscellaneous cylinders for Rennes Métropole's waste collection centers and plant platforms.

The objectives of this consultation are to optimize operations and reinforce site security, while simplifying management by enabling the operator of the top dock to give entry rights to reception staff according to contracts, and to enable collection service providers and works companies to access storage premises outside public opening hours.
An additional objective of this consultation is to be able to equip other departments of the community with similar needs.
This framework agreement sets out all the terms and conditions for the provision of services, and is executed on the basis of purchase orders issued by the contracting authority.
