France - Supply of a system for destacking and labelling cardboard packaging boxes for the Reims reagent production unit of EFS Grand Est.

Description

The labeling of reagent boxes at the Reagent Production Unit (UPR) in Reims is currently carried out manually by several technicians: this technique is time-consuming and generates RSI.
The aim is to automate this step in order to limit repetitive movements as much as possible, thereby reducing RSI, improving and standardizing the quality of label application, and reducing the time required.
The project involves supplying and installing a machine capable of unstacking and margering flat cardboard packaging boxes and applying labels to them, all on a conveyor belt. This machine is to operate autonomously. It is complementary to, but not integrated into, an existing production line.
