PUBLIC TENDER SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A NEW SIX (6)-WHEEL BUCKET TRUCK WITH CHIP BIN, YEAR 2024 OR NEWER N/REF. G6 112 U3 N04959 (#122086) - CALL FOR TENDERS NUMBER 2024-008 The Ville de Mirabel wishes to receive quotations for the supply and delivery of a new six (6)-wheel bucket truck with chip bucket, year 2024 or later. Tender documents are available on the electronic tendering system website (www.seao.ca). Ville de Mirabel is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by SEAO, and it is the responsibility of bidders to ensure they have all their documents before submitting their bids. Only bids submitted on tender documents will be accepted. Envelopes must be addressed to the Service du greffe and received no later than March 25, 2024 at the Service du greffe, 14111, rue Saint Jean, Mirabel (Québec) J7J 1Y3, at 11:00 a.m. (City of Mirabel time clock), to be publicly opened on the same day, at the same time and place. If you have a complaint regarding this call for tenders, please send it electronically to the designated person, i.e. the Town Clerk, at soumissionsplaintes@ville.mirabel.qc.ca no later than March 18, 2024, on the form provided by the Autorité des marchés publics, available on the Town's website. The Ville de Mirabel does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. Furthermore, it reserves the right to accept a bid in whole or in part.
