Description

(a) maintenance of the equipment (pumps) together with the power equipment; (b) maintenance of the associated equipment in good technical condition: buildings and pumping stations together with the area within the boundaries of the fence, 100 m long inflow and outflow channels, power supply, access roads; c) running the operation in accordance with the operating instructions; d) employing an appropriate number of employees to operate the pumping station equipment with appropriate qualifications; e) purchasing appropriate equipment, tools and materials which are necessary for operation and maintenance and in case of failure; f) keeping appropriate documents required by the operating instructions and guidelines given in point 2.1.2.g) keep the Ordering Party informed about noticed changes and damages having a negative impact on the safety of the building, mechanical, pumping and electrical equipment installed; h) make sure that unauthorized persons do not have access to the area of the pumping station; i) insurance of the pumping station together with equipment against burglary and robbery and flooding, as well as repair of possible damages under the insurance received; j) participate in inspections of the Office of Technical Inspection of pumping station equipment. Fees related to technical supervision shall be borne by the Contractor;k) providing appropriate certified equipment for water rescue, fire and health and safety at each pumping station;l) supervising shaft locks in Kępa Chwałowska (locks at water pumping stations);m) protecting and protecting shaft locks against icing by forging and clearing snow from locks; n) conducting a five-year assessment in February 2020 and February 2021, annual assessment of the Kępa Chwałowska pumping station in accordance with art. 62 of the Construction Law by persons supervising the operation (a person with building rights and a person with electrical rights); o) permanent availability for all working days of the month in hours in accordance with the presented work schedule and for all days of the month 24 hours a day after the occurrence of an alarm or after announcing a flood emergency; p) The Contractor will provide the Employer with direct telephone contact to the employees operating the pumping station.2.1.2 Detailed obligations of the entity taking over the service, operation and ongoing maintenance: a) maintenance of the equipment (pumps, cranes, power supply) located in the pumping stations in constant technical efficiency; b) purchase of appropriate lubricants and oils necessary for proper operation of the equipment (quantity of lubricants and oils according to consumption standards for a given type of equipment); c) conducting measurements and inspections of power equipment and equipment p. d) running the current operation of the equipment in accordance with the applicable operating instructions, which are available for inspection at the pumping station and the Orderer's premises; e) running the daily "Pump Work Books" located in the pumping station; f) performing maintenance works - current maintenance. The scope of maintenance works is specified in Annex 8 to the ToR; g) Participation in the periodic spring inspection and, if necessary, h) Cutting out vegetation from the slopes of equalisation tanks of each pumping station (disposal of cut vegetation belongs to the Contractor) 3 times a year on dates agreed with the Orderer - ZPU department; i) Carrying out works related to current operation in accordance with occupational safety regulations.
