Description

The subject of the contract is to provide services related to management, control and supervision over the implementation of the contract, the subject of which is the extension of the building of the District Court in Przemyśl with internal installations (water, sewage, central heating, etc.), mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and low-current) and land development along with internal roads, parking lots, pedestrian paths, construction of the exit from plot no. 850/5, reconstruction of the collision network (gas and heat), construction of connections (water, heat, sanitary and rainwater sewage) along with construction of sections of the building's external installations (electrical and telecommunication, water, lighting, sanitary and rainwater sewage) on plots of land no. 850/5: 799, 811/2, 830/3, 850/3, precinct 207, located at Adama Mickiewicza Street and Julian Tuwima Street in Przemyśl (hereinafter referred to as the Contract). The public utility building with a service function was designed as a stand-alone building with four floors above ground and two underground storeys, with a connection to the existing court building.The obligations of the Contractor (Contract Engineer) include in particular supervision and coordination over all construction works and accompanying services and supplies covered by the Contract, settlement of all construction works covered by the Contract and accompanying services and supplies, administration and management of the Contract with the participation of the Ordering Party, performance of the Investor's Supervision Inspector's duties in accordance with relevant regulations, performance of archaeological supervision (in accordance with the archaeological works programme), consultations, counselling and identification and analysis of risks during the performance of the Contract, ensuring compliance of the performance of the Contract with relevant legal regulations, standards, administrative decisions and principles of technical knowledge, effective enforcement of the contractor's compliance with the requirements specified in the Contract concerning the quality of the materials used and the works performed, ensuring compliance of the Contract performance with the design documentation and other regulations concerning the subject of the Contract, fulfilment of reporting obligations (including financial settlements) and cooperation with the Principal in this respect, drawing up and storing Contract documentation, conducting settlements and inventories of performed construction works in the event of termination or termination of the Contract or suspension of construction works, as well as intermediation between the Ordering Party and the Contractor together with the subsequent transfer of the registered and settled works/works to the next Contractor, conducting Contract settlements. Detailed duties of the Contract Engineer are specified in the Terms of Reference. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to Subcontractors. Pursuant to Article 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor and any subcontractors, based on a contract of employment, employ persons performing office activities.
